Open and grow the partnerships that put PropertyOne in front of property owners and operators, and land the strategic deals that expand our reach.
What you'll do
- Build and own channel and referral relationships with property managers, fund administrators, accountants, and adjacent proptech.
- Source, structure, and close partnership and larger strategic agreements end to end.
- Work with product and go-to-market to turn partner feedback into roadmap and joint offers.
- Represent PropertyOne at industry events and in the EU property-ops community.
What we're looking for
- Track record building B2B partnerships or business development, ideally in proptech, fintech, or property and asset management.
- Comfort owning a deal from first conversation to signed agreement.
- Fluency navigating EU property and finance ecosystems.
Nice to have
- An existing network among property managers, funds, or accounting firms.
- Working French plus English.
